We take your property information, check bi-laws, and zoning, then find what is possible for your build and make a site plan specific to your property. We provide full structural permit drawings, including your HVAC calculations for ducts, plumbing systems and electrical layout. We take care of all communications with the municipality, and submit your paperwork for you.
We also look after all waterfront structures such as gazebos, decks, docks & boathouses. We apply to the MNR for their approvals prior to Municipality approval to make sure your project starts quickly and efficiently. We look after all engineering for steel docks & structural drawings for crib docks. Whatever the project, The Permit guy can look after it all!
